The most visited places at the city include; the
Masia Freixa, the Museu de la Ciència i la Tècnica
de Catalunya (Museum of Science and Technology of
Catalonia), and the ensemble made up of the three
pre- Romanesque churches of Sant Pere.
The Masía Freixa is a modernist architectural gem,
an isolated house located in the Sant Jordi Park, is
made by the local architect Lluís Muncunill. It is
currently the city's Conservatory of Music Site.
The museum houses variety of exhibits and permanent
displays about the textile industry and steam
engines.
The 8th and 10th century built churches are
fascinating with their old stone buildings.
