Vic
is the capital of the region of Osona located
halfway between the Pyrenees and the sea. It is one
of the most beautiful and dynamic inland cities in
Catalonia.
Ripoll is the town located 30 km. on the
north Vic and known as "Cradle of Catalonia". The
Ripoll can be considered as the pre-Pyrenees region.

There is a Benedictine monastery that was founded in
879. The ancient abbey of the nineteenth century,
its great carved portal, the Catalan Romanesque
sculpture and a beautiful two-story cloister worth
seeing.
The Núria valley is a wonderful picturesque area for
the nature lovers. But it is only accessible by a
