World famous street
La Rambla is a must see situated just a kilometer from the coast with the Christopher Columbus statue at the port.

La Sagrada Família in the Eixample district is the unique symbol of Barcelona and a gorgeus cathedral of Gaudí. A must see. There are many other Gaudí signed places to see in Barcelona such as La Pedrera. Another boulevard of attractions is the Palca del Rei hosting concerts and theatres mostly in summer times.


City walking tours in Barcelona can be made to The Waterfront, La Rambla (Las Ramblas), Gothic Quarter-Barri Gòtic, La Ribera, The Eixample, Montjuïc Park, Tibidabo & Collserola and Diagonal & Pedralbes.

Even not a popular tourist destination, the village of Barrí Gòtic eventually is becoming one of the most popular places to visit in Barcelona. Barcelona Cathedral situated in Plaça de la Seu square of that pretty village Barrí Gòtic worth seeing.

The Gran Teatre del Liceu that was originally constructed in 1847; the Palau de la Música in the Old Town; Gran Teatre del Liceu in Las Ramblas and L'Auditori in Glòries are the cultural attraction locations in Barcelona worth visiting.

Also known as “Parc Guell” especially among the inhabitants, the Park Güell located on the hill of el Carmel in the Gracia district, is a big garden city with lots of architectural works. Labyrinth Park, a romantic park in Montbau and worldwide popular Tibidabo Amusement Park worth climbing and seeing in Barcelona. Barcelona Aquarium is located in Port Vell, Barcelona, Catalonia. There are a total of over 30 different aquariums and each of them has over 400 species of sea life including sharks.


Barcelona has plenty of museums and other displays of exemplary conceptions for the travelers to have a relaxed meander around.

The most visited and important one is the
Picasso Museum. More than 2,500 pieces of art of Picasso is exhibited at the museum. A must see.

CaixaForum at the Plaça Espanya square, The Joan Miró Foundation, La Pedrera in the Eixample district, Museum of Contemporary Art in the Raval district, Chocolate Museum in the Born district, CosmoCaixa Barcelona, Maritime Museum and Suñol Foundation are the museums and galleries to be visited in Barcelona.


As for excursions from Barcelona; Montserrat, Penedés & the Cavas, Castelldefels & Sitges, Vic & Ripoll and Terrassa are the best destinations to visit and see from Barcelona.

Barcelona beaches are also great. Although it is a metropolitan city but also Barcelona is famous with its golden sandy beaches.

For a truly exquisite and wonderful moments, visit Barcelona's temple of football, the gorgeous Camp Nou in Les Corts. Being an important football country, don't leave Barcelona without taking your seat in Camp Nou for a Barcelona football night.

For a great evening experience, visit the boulevard between La Sagrada Família and Catalan Goverment Building and enjoy the every Sunday evening dance shows of the Sardana dancers in a colorful scenery.
