What to Eat in Costa Brava?

 

Costa Brava has the tasty Mediterranean cuisine. As well as its being a healthy cuisine, also the high expression of the culture, life style and enjoyment included in the gastronomy that enjoys the highest prestige on the hands of the local chefs. Many of the restaurants in Costa Brava are included in Europe’s guide of the best food.

Variety of the native products with the climatic and geographical diversity serves the best combination of tastes especially in the province of Girona.

Mar y Montaña (Sea and Mountain), a curious mixture of fish and meat; Chicken with crayfish (pollo con cigalas); Meatballs with cuttlefish (albóndigas con sepia) or the paella with seafood bringing the best ingredients of market garden and sea together, are some of the famous tastes of Costa Brava cuisine.
