Overview
Fuerteventura is
the second largest and the longest of the
Canary Islands that stands 60 miles (about
100 km.) from the
coast of North Africa and situated just on
the south of
Lanzarote. Fuerteventura has the best
beaches, natural beauty and water sports
activities in the Canaries whilst the
dramatic volcanic scenery is dotted with
little white villages, windmills, coasts and
palm trees.
Fuerteventura is a popular island for all

World Windsurf Championship is held on the
Sotavento beaches.

Corralejo
is the mainland of the nightlife

Caleta de
Fuste and Morro Jable are reatively calm and
cheaper than Corralejo.
Food & Drinks
There are plenty of restaurants and food
styles in Fuerteventura. Corralejo is the
best place for dining with its great
restaurants. The restaurants are mostly
cheaper than the other holiday destination
in Canary Islands. Seafood is highly
recommended. Taste swordfish, octopus
