Gastronomy & Cuisine of Ibiza - What to Eat in Ibiza?


Ibiza's gastronomy and cuisine is fantastic and characterized by fresh natural ingredients in the company of outstanding wines of the island, local sobrasada (paprika sausage), botifarro (blood sausage), cheese and honey together with tasty fruits and vegetables. Holidaymakers are able to find and enjoy the tasty dishes of Ibiza, the authentic Ibizan produce and the authentic flavour of the sea on their Ibiza holidays.

Some of the dishes of the local gastronomy in Ibiza include;

  • Arroz a la marinera - rice fisherman style
  • Bollit de peix - fish stew
  • Borrida de rajada - ray, potatoes and almonds
