International Airport in Lanzarote (Lanzarote Airport - ACE) is situated 5 km. from Arrecife, the island's capital, between the city limits of San Bartolomé and Tías.

Lanzarote airport has two terminals; Terminal 1 is for the international flights and Terminal 2 is for the inter-island flights.

There are numerous direct flights to Lanzarote from many major cities the world. Flying to the other Canary Islands and then getting to Lanzarote by ferries is another option. The national airline is the Iberian Airways.

There are two bus routes connecting the airport to Arrecife. A bus runs in every 30 minutes to Arrecife.

Taxi to Arrecife costs approximately 12 Euros, to Costa Teguise approximately 20 Euros and to Playa Blanca approximately 40 Euros. As for car hire in Lanzarote; there is an abundance of Lanzarote car hire and car rental agencies. Many of those car hire agencies have offices at the airport, offering cheap car hire in Lanzarote and great cars at relatively cheap rates.

Lanzarote airport does not offer left-luggage service.
